Lexington Park 2


League Park
















This is League Park at East 66th and Lexington  Avenue. It was completed in 1891. It was the first stadium the Cleveland Indians played at.  Most of it, except for the ticket office and home plate was demolished in 1951.  Below is a photo of what it looks like today.


The last time I linked this post to another post, I lost 75% of the post. Kind of like League park, here is what I have left.

It was the first stadium the Cleveland Indians played at.  Most of it, except for the ticket office and home plate was demolished in 1951.  Below is a photo of what it looks like today.  At one point it was called Dunn Field for the James Dunn who owned the baseball team when it played here.
